These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ka111.app and all associated services. By registering an account or placing any wager on ka111, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Before reading the full legal text, the following six principles summarise what ka111 stands for and what you can expect from these Terms & Conditions.
18+ Age Gate
Only individuals aged 18 years or older may register and use ka111. Age verification via National Identity Card (NID) is required before the first withdrawal is approved. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed immediately and all funds are forfeited.
Fair Withdrawals
ka111 processes withdrawal requests within two business hours for amounts below ৳50,000 via bKash or Nagad, subject to identity verification. Higher amounts may require an extended review. No withdrawal fees are charged by ka111 on standard transactions.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted exactly one registered account on ka111. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or inadvertent — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any bonus balances being voided. Contact support if you believe a duplicate has been created in error.
Transparent Bonus Terms
All bonuses offered by ka111 carry clearly stated wagering requirements, qualifying game lists, and expiry periods. These terms are displayed on the individual promotion page before any bonus is claimed. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.
Responsible Gaming Tools
Every ka111 player has access to deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off breaks, and self-exclusion — all accessible from Account Settings without the need to contact support. Using these tools is encouraged and carries no penalty to your account.
Terms May Be Updated
ka111 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-site notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ka111 (referred to as "ka111", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). The Terms govern your access to and use of ka111.app, its subdomains, mobile interface, and all gaming, betting, promotional, and support services provided through the Platform.
By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by placing your first deposit or wager, you confirm that:
- You have read these Terms in full and understood their content.
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms in all respects.
- You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, including the 18+ age requirement.
- You are not accessing ka111 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- All information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ka111.app. Access to the Platform is conditional on full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms must be read in conjunction with ka111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The language of these Terms is English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on ka111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the laws of your local jurisdiction.
- Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- Single account: You must not currently hold another active account on ka111. Only one account per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on ka111 or on any other gambling platform from which we are required to honour exclusions.
- Own funds: You must be gambling with funds that legally belong to you and that are free from any criminal origin.
ka111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of a player's relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to the National Identity Card (NID) of Bangladesh, a passport, or a utility bill for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.
Age verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Where ka111 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately frozen pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds — including any deposited amounts — may be retained pending further legal review in accordance with applicable regulations.
Account Registration & Security
Registration on ka111 is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate personal information. You are required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a strong password, your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method country (Bangladesh). All fields marked as mandatory on the registration form must be completed truthfully.
ka111 operates a strict one account per player policy. Registering more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a different email address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any bonus funds or pending withdrawals in duplicate accounts will be voided. If you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. ka111 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:
- Change your password immediately via the Account Settings page.
- Contact the ka111 support team at [email protected] to report the suspected unauthorised access.
- Review recent transaction history to identify any unauthorised activity.
ka111 shall not be held liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, provided that ka111 has complied with its own security obligations in processing transactions that appeared legitimate at the time.
Account sharing — allowing a third party to access, operate, or place bets on your behalf — is strictly prohibited. All account activity must be conducted solely by the registered account holder.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ka111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Cashier page of your account and may vary by payment method and player verification tier.
All deposits are credited to your ka111 wallet in real time upon transaction confirmation from the payment provider. ka111 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges; players are advised to check with their provider.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as follows:
- Standard withdrawals (up to ৳50,000): Processed within two business hours of approval for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may be longer depending on the card issuer.
- Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000): Subject to an extended review of up to 48 hours to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Additional documentation may be requested.
- First withdrawal: All first-time withdrawal requests require completion of identity verification (KYC), including submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) scan.
Funds in your ka111 wallet may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. ka111 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Deposits made via payment methods later found to be fraudulent, stolen, or subject to a chargeback will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account. All withdrawals and bonuses credited to the account during the relevant period will be voided, and ka111 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any losses incurred.
Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing a bet or wager on ka111 — whether on sports (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and beach volleyball), live casino games, slots, or crash games — you accept the specific rules governing that market or game type in addition to these general Terms.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ka111:
- Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where the specific market rules provide for in-play cash-out functionality.
- Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, regardless of subsequent market movement.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. ka111 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player account at its discretion.
- Void bets: A bet will be voided (stakes returned) in the event of match abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours from the originally scheduled start time, or other exceptional circumstances as determined by the trading team. Voided bets do not count toward any bonus wagering requirements.
- Results and settlement: Sports betting markets are settled based on officially published results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute between the Platform's settlement and an official result, the official result shall prevail and the bet will be resettled accordingly.
- RNG games: All slot titles, table game variants, and crash games powered by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified studios use independently audited random number generation. ka111 does not alter the RTP (Return to Player) of any licensed studio title.
- Live casino tables: Operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and equivalent providers under their own studio rules. In the event of a technical failure during a live session, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
ka111 reserves the right to withhold payment and conduct an investigation if there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns, exploitation of system errors or software bugs, use of automated betting tools or bots, or collusion between players. During any such investigation, the relevant account may be suspended. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be closed and all associated winnings voided.
Bonuses & Promotions
ka111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket-specific promotions during BPL and ICC events, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh occasions.
All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (e.g., 30x) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and qualifying games are listed on each promotion's dedicated page.
- Expiry: Bonuses expire after a stated number of days from the date of issuance (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.
- One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Claiming a second bonus before fulfilling the wagering requirements of the first will result in the first bonus being forfeited.
- Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are listed in the bonus terms on each promotion page.
- Maximum bet during bonus play: When a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or sports market is ৳500, unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
ka111 reserves the right to amend, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method intended to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ka111 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending withdrawals and bonuses, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to generate profit.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
- Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
- Engaging in money laundering or any activity that uses the Platform to process the proceeds of crime.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing ka111 staff members or other players via any communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, where doing so places you or ka111 in breach of applicable law.
ka111 employs active monitoring systems including fraud detection, AML screening, and IP analysis. Suspected violations are investigated by the Trust & Safety team, and findings may be shared with payment processors, law enforcement agencies, and relevant regulatory bodies where required.
Account Suspension & Closure
ka111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Confirmed underage access — where the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in Account Settings.
Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, ka111 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including all real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., player-initiated closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Self-exclusion closure requests take effect immediately upon confirmation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ka111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses incurred during technical outages.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
- Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) or their underlying infrastructure.
- Service interruptions caused by factors outside ka111's reasonable control, including internet outages, government-imposed restrictions, force majeure events, or third-party platform failures.
- Any reliance on information published on ka111.app that is subsequently found to be inaccurate, including odds, match results, or promotional terms.
ka111's total aggregate liability to any individual player, for any claim or series of related claims arising under these Terms, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ka111's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
ka111 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We are committed to communicating material changes to registered players with reasonable notice before the amended Terms take effect. Specifically:
- Minor updates (e.g., clarifications of existing rules, corrections of typographical errors): These may be applied immediately without advance notice. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the change.
- Material changes (e.g., changes to bonus policy, withdrawal limits, eligibility criteria, or liability provisions): A notification will be sent to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of ka111.app after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request voluntary account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of ka111.app that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution channels as communicated by ka111 support at the time of the dispute.
